ENERGY MANAGMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

  Energy Management system is designed for Monitoring of up to 2000 Tags

  This system can be integrate with 300 numbers of Energy meters.

  This System is fully customizable as per end user’s need. i.e. Graphic screens/Reports /Trends/Alarms .

  In this system operator obtain the Total 300 numbers of Electrical Parameters on SCADA inclusive of all the distribution panels.

  Basic Parameters available to Monitor on SCADA are :
KW,KVA,KVAR,PF,KWH,KVAH, Voltages of R/Y/BPhase, Current of R/Y/B-Phase, HZ, Accumulated Demand, etc.

• In this feature operator can analyze the current i.e. instantaneous Load profile/ Power Factor / Voltage and current variation on visual graphic display of SCADA of all the machineries distribution Panels installed in remote location from a single operator station.

  Harmonic Analysis Screen on SCADA available for Mains feeder i.e. for Utility Supply feeder.

  Report in Excel sheet Form(Database storage for 5 year of reports is available).

• Excel sheet report automatically saves in default location by the name of date and time.


• Helpful to analyze KWH Unit consumption pattern for any required duration of period.

  Utility and DG electricity Bill generation for each and every single feeder of the machinery or section of plant .This feature is helpful to analyze cost of electricity invest for the section wise.

  Historical & Real Time trends Available.

• With the help of this feature operator can analyze the power interruption and breakdowns timings and durations in the plant.


• With the help of this feature operator can analyze the Harmonic level and percentage pattern in the plant for each and every single feeder of the Machinery or distribution panel.


• Operator can analyze the Load pattern of each and every individual Feeder of the machineries and distribution panel.

  Alarms Status available.

• Basic alarms like Over voltage / Under voltage / Over current/Earth Fault/or any other alarm signal obtained from modbus device generates on SCADA screen along with alarm hooter and light system.

  This system can be installed to monitor data of the Distribution panels or buildings or of machinery sections of a distance of 3 kilometers from the SCADA room.
