DG SYNCHRONIZATION / AMF / LOAD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CUM ENERGY MANAGEMENT SCADA SYSTEM

We provides solution for DG power optimization using single system which comprises of DG’s Synchronization , DG AMF (DG Auto Mains Failure Restoration) , Load Management System (LMS) , and Energy Management SCADA system
- DG SYNCHRONIZATION : Using synchronization we can obtain the single source of power from different number of running DGs, which reduces the burden on Armature of all the DGs leads to Long life of DGs , FUEL Conservation.
- AMF : Using this feature system automatically starts the Selected master DG on UTILITY power failures within adjusted time. and auto changeover takes place for the restoration of power supply on to DG. On restoration of Utility power DG’s ACBs Automatically cut offs and the changeover takes place on to UTILITY power ACB feeder automatically, and the DGs automatically stops after their cooling timing running (cooling time is the time DG requires before stop to reduce its Armature and other elements temperature for its long life )
- LMS : Load management system quite beneficial for sharing the load burdens on the DGs Armatures those are running parallel under synchronization condition. Say all the DG’s are running are of different ratings then each DG takes the 80% of the load as per its capacity . This scenario is also termed as Load sharing.
In LMS feature only the DG will start which is required to start as per Loads requirement on power failure. Moreover if all the DG will be running in synchronization as per requirement of load and sudden total required load reduces then one of the DG will stop as per its rating , to stop the unnecessary running of the DG for fuel saving purpose.
SCADA System : Along with the above mentioned system SCADA is provided to Monitor all the Electrical parameters of all the DGs And UTILITY (Transformer).
- Through this system operator can select the Priority order of DG running in AUTO
- Operator can monitor ,acknowledge and reset all the parameters of the DG.z
- Operator can analyze the Historical and Real time trends of all the DG and UTILITY.
- Operator can generate the report for Fuel consumption and Units consumption.
- Operator can analyze the Running Hours of the DGs and can generate the report for the same.
All the safety features and interlocking are taken under consideration for designing this system of Synchronization/LMS & AMF.
If there’s no requirement of DG synchronization then client can opt for AMF and Load Management system separately.
We also Provides the MANUAL DG synchronization.
